Two tests. One dual-flow platform.

BQL-TB targets the world's leading infectious killer.
BQL-Stress brings lab-grade cortisol quantification to wellness, occupational,
and mental-health settings. Both run on the same architecture.

product 01 - Tuberculosis Rapid Diagnostic

BQL-TB.
Catching latent tuberculosis in 15 minutes, anywhere.

A high-sensitivity, dual-flow colorimetric rapid diagnostic test targeting urinary TB-LAM, the only validated non-sputum TB biomarker. A single 120 µL urine loading produces a naked-eye-readable result in 15 minutes at a per-test cost below US$1. No laboratory, no dedicated reader, no additional user steps.

STEP 01
Load urine sample
Patient or care provider drops 120 µL of unprocessed urine onto the cartridge sample port. No preparation, no centrifugation.
STEP 02
Wait 15 minutes
Upper path reconstitutes HRP-anti-LAM antibodies; lower path delivers TMB substrate via the PVDF delay pad. Enzyme amplification produces a blue colorimetric signal.
STEP 03
Read result
Visible test/control lines readable by the naked eye. Optional smartphone app provides quantitative readout, ratiometric T/C normalization, and cloud sync.
product 02 - Cortisol Point-of-Care

BQL-Stress.
Quantifying cortisol at the point of care.

A digital healthcare system and point-of-care device for measuring cortisol (stress hormone) levels, built on a polymer Lab-on-a-Chip platform with a published reference in Biomedical Microdevices. Designed for integration with wellness, occupational health, and mental-health screening workflows.
